Fort Erie has been a first Canadian home to over 1500 refugee claimants from more than seventy countries. Hundreds more have been served in our office and by our program of “After Care”. Although, our hostel service is partly funded by a partnership with our municipal government, our “After Care” and information services are not covered. For these we depend on volunteers, donations and fund raising. This year we need your support to help us continue the high standard of care we provide for newcomers as they move into the community.
Matthew 25:35 “I was a stranger and you welcomed me.”
